Andy Borland 

Andy is the CEO of Scales Corporation Limited.  Prior to joining Scales in September 2007 he had a 20 year career in banking, with his final role being Head of Corporate at Westpac in New Zealand.  He is married to Gina and has two boys, John and Sam.  Outside interests include coaching the boys at sport and mountain biking.

Kevin Cahill

Kevin is the General Manager of Polarcold Stores Limited and originally joined the company in March 1978.  He has four daughters - Kim, Kerry, Shelley and Tina and one son Nick, and an increasing number of grandchildren.  Kevin and his wife Megan enjoy farming on their small holding on the outskirts of Timaru.  He has had a huge involvement in sport over the years, and in later years has become involved in breeding and training standardbred horses.

Stephen Foote

Stephen has been with the Whakatu group of companies in various management roles since 1994.   Prior to this Stephen worked for Dominion Breweries and had interests in orcharding in Hawke's Bay.  He is married to Sheryl and they keep busy with family, Stephen also enjoys fishing when time allows.

Steve Kennelly 

Steve is the Group Financial Controller for Scales Corporation Limited and has been with the company since 1993 in various accounting and financial roles.  Steve and partner Amanda have two daughters, Harriet and Eliza.  When not working Steve enjoys football and golf.

James Lee

James is the General Manager in charge of Scales Corporation Limited property assets.  He joined the company in April 2008 after completing a 15 year career in the NZ Police with a final role as Senior Sergeant in Charge of Wellington City.  James is married to Vicky and has 3 children, Zoe, Olivia and Samuel.  His outside interests include Cross Country Enduro Motor cross and snowboarding.

Kent Ritchie

Kent is the General Manager of Geo.H.Scales Limited.  He is married to Marina and has two children, Claudia and Alex.  Kent has been with Scales since early 1998, having spent 26 years in the shipping industry.

Roddy Page

Roddy joined Geo.H.Scales Limited in November 1976 and was appointed Company Secretary in December 1985.  Roddy is married to Shirley and has 3 adult daughters.  His interests include following all sports teams who wear red and back colours, gardening and reading.  

Andrew van Workum

Andrew is the General Manager of Mr Apple New Zealand Limited and has worked in the industry for over 20 years.  His experience in the production aspects is invaluable in understanding the whole supply chain.  Andrew has been the cornerstone in the successful export programme that Grocorp Pacific has undertaken in the past, and that Mr Apple continues today.  Andrew is married to Dorothea and they have 3 children, Raphael, Ashton and Patrick.
